Your pharmacy benefit is the part of Neighborhood INTEGRITY that covers medications that are prescribed by your provider.
To find if your prescriptions are covered you can search our 2019 List of Covered Drugs (formulary) or contact Member Services. The List of Covered Drugs (formulary) is Neighborhood INTEGRITY’s covered medications which include many prescription, over-the-counter and non-Medicare Part D drugs. Certain medications on the List of Covered Drugs(formulary) may have rules, limitations or require a prior authorization. If a drug you need is limited or not on our List of Covered Drugs (formulary) your provider can ask for an exception.
