RIte Care members need to renew their Medicaid eligibility once every year.
To make sure your health coverage continues, it is important to complete the renewal process once every 12 months.
There are four ways to renew:
Renew online
Go to HealthSource RI to renew online.
Renew over the phone
Call the HealthSource RI Contact Center at 1-855-651-7879. A customer service representative can help you with your renewal application over the phone. Their hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Renew in person
Go to your local DHS office .
Meet with a Navigator in your community. Find one by calling HealthSource RI at 1-855-651-7879.
Renew by mail
Download an application online .
